The Club

Carved into the verdant rolling terrain, the Davis Love III Signature Golf Course takes full advantage of the mature forest and pristine 400-acre lake. In fact, 16 of the 18 holes and the six-hole short course feature a water view.

Davis created the course on land previously home to Kannapolis Country Club, developing a masterful new layout that combines the best of the old property with adjacent land that wanders amidst creeks, hardwoods, and pines.

Architecture critic Brad Klein called Irish Creek "a strong candidate for Golfweek’s Top 100" courses in the nation, writing, "The lakeside setting is regal. The shot making is diverse and never patterned. With Irish Creek, Love, a native Carolinian and former UNC-Chapel Hill golfer, has made quite the homecoming."
