We've taken great time and care designing the land plan for this community. The homesites have been situated to preserve the mature tree canopy while maximizing views of the golf course and 400-acre Kannapolis Lake.

To help ensure that this vision comes to pass, homes at Irish Creek are subject to protective architectural guidelines that are focused on proportions, scaling, and the appropriate use of architectural details. An architectural review board will be responsible for approving all residential exteriors and landscaping.

Irish Creek is a place filled with natural beauty. We designed the golf course to take advantage of the rolling topography, and likewise, the homes will be placed to maximize vistas. At the same time, however, we have taken steps to minimize the environmental impact wherever possible, by placing new holes within old golf corridors, routing roads around specimen trees, and implementing architectural controls to limit impervious surfaces.
